Typesetting Wizardry

LaTeX is a professional level, software typesetting system used widely throughout scientific and academic circles because of its ability to beautifully set mathematical equations and complex formulas far beyond the ability of many other programs available.

In addition to mathematical formulae, LaTeX is ideal for long documents that run into hundreds or even thousands of pages. LaTeX is used to create PhD theses, books, articles and journals.
